I tried several times to frame the little church on the Reserve on the Fraser, North of Fort Langley, from the Bedford House parking lot.  I found what I thought was an appropriate frame, with the Church representing Good, and the Blackberry vine representing the creeping, invasive evil.  In the end, Good prevails; Evil suffers defeat.

Hawaiian Rainbow:  Across the waters of the Ala Wai Canal in Honolulu I caught the rainbow treating the hotels, in a moment of serendipity.
This is taken from second intersection from the Zoo on Kalakaua Avenue. I waited for the sailboat to slowly enter the shot and frame itself between the trees.  Also, I needed to get rid of the traffic light, so I placed it right by a tree so it would blend in and be less noticeable.  I keep these two shots locked on my camera to remind me of what the taxi driver told me on leaving;  "go home, fill up your wallet and come on back!"  I can't wait.

I found this Mushroom / Toadstool resting on the grass near Waikiki beach.
