The Clubhouse should be thought of as an extension to your home and you can rent the Main Lounge and kitchen area for family functions such as small weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties. All table settings are provided. A Clubhouse Committee Member will assist you in setting up the tables.
1) Rental fee is: $50 with a cheque for the refundable $150 damage deposit.
2) An owner can also rent the Clubhouse for a meeting, or if the owner organizes a party for an outside group such as a bridal shower.
Rental Fee is: $80 with a cheque for the refundable $250 damage deposit.
The normal rental is six (6) hours which includes preparation time and clean-up time. Additional hours may be arranged at the time of booking for and additional $10 per hour.

The owner listed on the rental agreement will be held responsible for any costs related to damage repair and/or cleaning of the premises.
Maximum of 40 guests. (Fire Regulation)
The oven in the Kitchen is for warming food only and not for complete food preparation.
The rental does not include access to the Pool, Spa and Exercise Room.
Parking for guests only on the Street, not inside the complex.
The Clubhouse has to be cleaned up and vacated no later than 10:00PM or the time agreed to in the contract. (This is out of respect for the neighbours and the person having to lock up the Clubhouse.)

Note: Owners may rent Clubhouse tables and chairs for their home parties. To build up a fund to cover the cost of damage repair and/or replacements, there's a nominal charge of $2.00 per table and $1.00 each per chair, for each home rental event.
Dishes, glasses and cutlery are NOT for rent for home parties.
