We have 94 units in our Coventry Woods Adult Townhouse complex situated in the Walnut Grove community of the Township of Langley, a suburb of Vancouver, British Columbia.
Living in the Fraser River Valley, we have lovely views of the Golden Ears Mountains to the North and glacial Mount Baker, Wash. to the South East.
A ravine dissects the Complex and another deeper ravine runs along the west side. Creeks flow along the bottoms of both. They are heavily treed, even some old growth red cedars - so we have lots of birds visiting through the seasons, at least 25 species, from the tiny hummingbirds to bald eagles, great horned owls, blue herons plus four kinds of squirrels, opossums, a few raccoons, and one or two Coyotes visiting from time to time from their pack nearby. There are about three black bears in the area. In August 2008 a bear was on our public trail and climbed the fence to raid bird feeders inside our Complex. A few of us had the pleasure of seeing it.
The Website's purpose is to provide an information resource to the owners, such as: - news, events, bylaws, FAQ's, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, Trades list, plus photos of the complex's units, gardens and social events. Owners are able to download useful files. (Password protected). Take your time.....lots to see and read. The News page is updated every couple of days.
